VideoBlade™
The Pix2o VideoBlade is the basic building block of the Pix2o LED display system. These thin 75mm x 1m modules are completely waterproof and can be integrated both horizontally and vertically into a large-scale video screen of virtually any size. Weighing only 42 lbs per square meter fully rigged means large video arrays can be used in places never before possible.
Pix2o BladeRunner™ Display Manager maps video content onto any configuration of VideoBlades, allowing maximum creativity and installation flexibility. Each VideoBlade is individually calibrated at both low/indoor intensity and high/outdoor intensity for excellent color accuracy in all venues. The calibration data is stored in the VideoBlade, so all modules remain well-matched as they are swapped between display configurations.
Pix2o VideoBlades can attach to a variety of mounting systems optimized for a variety of configurations and uses. The cabling is completely integrated into most of the carrier configurations, making setup quick and simple. All cabling is self-seating during VideoBlade installation, eliminating connection hassles. Depending on the mounting system used, access to the hot-swappable Blades for installation or maintenance is possible through the front or rear of the display.
